چکیده
Immobilization of functional molecules in ordered microarrays has vast importance for many applications sensing and diagnostics. Here, the immobilization small molecule compounds protein microchannel cantilever spotting (?CS) on epoxy-terminated glass surfaces is studied via ring-opening epoxides by thiol, amine, azide, with purpose creating microscale patterns applications. For this, carrying epoxy groups from silanization are functionalized ?CS different fluorescent nonfluorescent dyes containing or azide groups. Experiments fluorophores reveal that all routes result successful a short time. Furthermore, these experiments, optimal reaction conditions including time, temperature, catalyst type, amount determined. The feasibility examined means binding experiments. Comparing fluorescence intensity values biotin spot arrays immobilized surfaces, after incubating fluorescent-labeled streptavidin, highest surface density amine route comparison to thiol routes. obtained results this work can inform design fabricating biosensors as well other biomedical diagnostic

Carbohydrate and protein immobilization onto solid surfaces by sequential Diels-Alder and azide-alkyne cycloadditions.
We demonstrate the applicability of sequential Diels-Alder and azide-alkyne [3 + 2] cycloaddition reactions (click chemistry) for the immobilization of carbohydrates and proteins onto a solid surface. An alpha,omega-poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) linker carrying alkyne and cyclodiene terminal groups was synthesized and immobilized onto an N-(epsilon-maleimidocaproyl) (EMC)-functionalized glass sli...
متن کاملOptimizing the immobilization of gold nanoparticles on functionalized silicon surfaces: amine- vs thiol-terminated silane
Immobilization of gold nanoparticles on planar surfaces is of great interest to many scientific communities; chemists, physicists, biologists, and the various communities working at the interfaces between these disciplines. Controlling the immobilization step, especially nanoparticles dispersion and coverage, is an important issue for all of these communities. We studied the parameters that can...
متن کاملSynergistic effects of epoxy- and amine-silanes on microarray DNA immobilization and hybridization.
Most microarray slides are manufactured or coated with a layer of poly(L-lysine) or with silanes with different chemical functional groups, for the attachment of nucleic acids on to their surfaces. The efficiency with which nucleic acids bind to these surfaces is not high, because they can be washed away, especially in the case of spotting oligonucleotides. In view of this, we have developed a ...
متن کاملarylaminotetrazoles : via [2+3] cycloaddition of nitriles and sodium azide via solid acid catalysis
The [3+2] cycloaddition between various nitriles and sodium azide proceeds smoothly in the presence of zeolite and sulfated Zircona as effective catalyst and in the water and DMF/MeOH, to give the corresponding arylaminotetrazoles in good to high yields. The reaction most probably precedes through the in situ formation of a catalyst azide species, followed by a successive [3+2] cycloaddition wi...
متن کاملProtein Thiol Modification and Thiol Proteomics
Cysteine plays an important role in the regulation of redox chemistry and gene expression and is essential in the structural and macromolecular organisation of proteins. Thiol oxidation leads to misfolding and the influencing of the protein function (Buczek et al., 2007). In our experiments, we have identified an oxidised cytoskeletal protein actin involved in the rearrangement of filament in t...
